Privacy
No cookies, no ads, no accounts, no tracking across sites. This page lists everything the site does with data about you, which is very little.
Who is responsible
A7-24 Aumann GmbH, Geschäftsbereich Veste Software, Ketschendorfer Str. 54, 96450 Coburg, Germany. Email: info@veste-software.com. Full details in the imprint.
Hosting
The site is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver a page, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and the request (page, time, browser type), and keeps short-lived logs for security and to keep the service running. We don’t receive or store these logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Visit counts
None. The site runs no analytics.
What your browser keeps
A few settings are saved in your browser’s local storage, never sent to us, and deleted when you clear your browsing data: light or dark mode, the team you follow, and which games you have voted on (so the vote buttons know). The “adjust the assumptions” panels keep your settings only in the page address. There are no cookies.
The weekly email
If you subscribe, your email address, the team you picked (if any) and when you confirmed are stored by our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France; data kept in the EU), to send you the weekly report. Our server passes your sign-up to Brevo and keeps nothing itself. You confirm by clicking a link in a first email (double opt-in); every email has an unsubscribe link that takes you off the list. Brevo records whether an email is delivered and, as email services do, whether it is opened and which links are clicked; we look at those only as totals, to see whether the report is read. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. Brevo’s privacy policy.
Votes on games
The “earned it or got lucky?” buttons are anonymous. We store only the running totals per game. To stop one person voting many times, the server keeps a one-way hash of your network address combined with the game and a key that changes every day; it can’t be turned back into your address and is deleted after a day. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in fair results (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Links and embeds
Share buttons are plain links: nothing loads from X, Reddit, Bluesky or WhatsApp until you click one. Team logos and fonts are served from this site. If another site embeds one of our cards, the card loads from luckadjusted.com under the same terms as this page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority. Since we hold almost nothing that identifies you, most requests will be answered with “we have nothing”. Write to info@veste-software.com.
